No other bangle can be as charming and beautiful as the gold bangles.

Normally, a bangle as worn by people around the world is simply an inflexible piece of jewelry worn around the wrist. Four ancient gold Dacian bangles are finally in display in Romania after being illegally taken out of the country five years ago.
However, in many cultures, especially in the Arabian Peninsula and in South Asia, bangles have evolved into various types in which different ones are used at different occasions.

Gold bangles are found in all most all metals but no other bracelet can be as charming and beautiful as the gold bracelets. There are other types of machines making many other types of chains, some of which can be seen in the illustration. Gold bangles is not a new concept it has been passed on to us from the Romans, Egyptians, Victorians and other parts of the world. Platinum chain came into the marketplace much later due to the fact that platinum itself was a relative latecomer to the high production jewellery industry. The only thing remains is the change it has gone through. Till date the gold bangles are extremely popular ornament among people.

There are various types of bangles available on the market. Primary distinguishing factor for these is the material that is used to make the bangles. The spiral-shaped bangles are said to be made of 24-karat gold and are decorated with tiny palm leaves. They were made by the Dacian people using gold mined in the Carpathian Mountains. This may vary anything from glass to metal to lac and even rubber or plastic. Traditionally bangles were made of various types of metals like gold, silver, bronze etc. Bangles made from gold are considered the most expensive ones.
